Arkadelphia Chapter, NSDAR is located in Clark County, Arkansas, United States and is the county seat. Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University are located here. Miss Stella Pickett Hardy, State Regent, officiated at the organization of Arkadelphia Chapter on June 9, 1916, at the home of organizing regent Mrs. Dougald McMillan
