Welcome to the Mine Creek-Paraclifta Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, chartered in Nashville, Arkansas!
The Mine Creek Chapter was organized April 16, 1960, under the direction of Miss Virginia Buxton. The name was chosen because of the major creek running through Howard County and the city of Nashville. The original Post Office was called Mine Creek. There were 22 charter members.
The two chapters combined into one, based in Nashville, Arkansas, in 2008.
The Genealogy Room in the Howard County Public Library is the main project of the chapter. The Paraclifta Chapter was organized October 9, 1969. The chapter celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 1994.

The Mine Creek-Paraclifta Chapter meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
